'From the First Star to Milkomeda'

Avi Loeb, chair of the Harvard Astronomy Department and director of the Institute for Theory and Computation, has published a new eBook: "From the First Star to Milkomeda," now available on Kindle.

The eBook features a collection of essays on exciting frontiers in astronomy ranging from the beginning to the future of our universe. The collection, edited by the writer Dror Burstein, also details Loeb's career path from childhood on a farm with interests in philosophy to chairing the Harvard Astronomy department and directing the ITC, and includes opinion essays on the importance of taking risks in research and promoting diversity. A hard copy version of the book will be published in Hebrew by Carmel Publishing House.
