Paris, Oct. 18, 2016 - The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) is proud to announce that its annual congress will be held in Paris at the end of August 2019. The ESC Congress is the world's premier cardiovascular congress, attracting more than 30,000 healthcare professionals from more than 140 countries during a five-day scientific programme.
"We are delighted to be returning to Paris, a destination which contributed to one of the greatest successes of the ESC," said Chief Executive Officer of the ESC, Isabel Bardinet. "The ESC Congress 2011 that was held in 'The City of Light' will be remembered as one of the most productive and well attended ESC events.
