Following the success of the second edition, published in 2016, this new edition includes over 40 new terms and an updated section incorporating commonly used equations by bioanalysts across the field.

"The Bioanalysis and Bioanalysis Zone editorial teams are delighted to bring you the third edition of The Bioanalysis Glossary, which we hope continues to be regarded as the definitive resource, particularly for those moving into the field or working within bioanalytical laboratories for the first time," commented Sankeetha Nadarajah, Commissioning Editor of Bioanalysis.

"Ten leading bioanalytical experts from industry and academia have been working closely with the editorial team to provide a comprehensive update of the 2016 edition, reflecting the rapidly evolving and dynamic field of bioanalysis."

It is hoped that the Glossary will continue to aid in the harmonization of terminology used within the community and between companies, universities and individuals.
