A large delegation of Turkmenistani officials arrived to Kazan on 23rd June.
Rectors of two universities signed the comprehensive agreement covering academic exchange, joint publications, student mobility, teaching methodology exchange, and advanced training programs.
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow noted, "Russia and Tatarstan have great industrial potential. We are looking to many projects which can raise our people's wellbeing."
