ACC Quality Summit Virtual to be held Oct. 8-9

Annual conference to focus on new science, education on best practices to advance quality care

Scientific Meeting Announcement

The American College of Cardiology will host ACC Quality Summit Virtual, Oct. 8-9, 2020. The conference features NCDR registry and hospital industry focused science and education aimed at improving health care quality, as well as in-depth information on accreditation and how patient data can drive process improvement initiatives.

Over the two-day meeting, live sessions will be presented across three virtual channels. All presentations will focus on four main topic areas:

  • Diversity, equity and inclusion in the healthcare environment

  • Providing leadership tactics to improve patient outcomes and cost savings

  • Achieving advanced quality efforts to enhance patient outcomes

  • Evaluating quality care in the COVID-19 era

Special presentations include Quinn Capers IV, MD, presenting The Ralph G. Brindis Keynote Lecture on Diversity and Inclusion in Healthcare and the Awards Ceremony featuring Poster Award winners, the Raymond Bahr Award and the 2018 Accreditation Quality Initiative Recipients presentations. Attendees will also have access to a virtual Exhibit Community.

Abstracts and Presentations On Demand
