Almost 10% of survey respondents would refuse to perform bystander CPR during the pandemic

Almost 10 percent of survey respondents would refuse to perform potentially-lifesaving bystander CPR during the COVID-19 pandemic, though many respondents would act if they had a facemask (23.5 percent) or would perform hands-only CPR (40.1 percent).
