Conrad Tauer (third from right) played baseball in college before transferring to Mizzou. He jumped on the opportunity to get involved in improving cleat heat management. “Being able to combine my love of sports and engineering was such a cool opportunity,” he said. “I'm learning key research skills, testing abilities with equipment, and how to cooperate with a team and advisor.”
