(a) Schematic of the fabrication process for the hybrid photonic crystals. (b) Scanning microscope images and an atomic force microscope image for the fabricated sample. (c) Photonic band structures measured by the angle-resolved reflection spectroscopy. As a result of the material phase transition of GST, the brightness of two bands is reversed, showing that the photonic topological phase transition takes place.
