The complex shielding structure of the reactor (a) was optimized with the objectives of minimizing the volume, weight, lateral dose rate, and top dose rate of the shielding structure. The optimization performances of RP-NSGA (b) and RP-MOABC (c) in each objective dimension are better than those of CD-NSGA (d) and CD-MOABC (e), which proves that the algorithms proposed in this study are feasible for many-objective optimization problems.
