or the electron source, voltages of 15 kV, 16 kV, 18 kV, and 20 kV were employed, while the photon source utilized a 50 kV molybdenum target setting. The data underwent calibration and normalization, and were compared with the spectrum obtained under similar conditions using the SDD detector (light blue). No significant variations were observed in the Lα lines series, but distinct differences were observed within the Lβ line series within the L-edge energy range under different excitation sources
