A Norwegian Jewish family's home (IMAGE)
Caption
The return home for Jews after the Second World War was difficult. Most had lost family and friends, and their homes had been taken over by others. Their belongings were scattered to the winds. This photograph shows the home of the Benkow family, a Norwegian Jewish family, from the 1930s.
