(A) Meta-analysis was conducted for mOS-HR in non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with ICI monotherapy (avelumab, nivolumab, atezolizumab, or pembrolizumab) compared to patients receiving chemotherapy. The meta-analysis model parameters included both random-effects and fixed-effects models. Visual results are presented using forest plots. As an example of a network meta-analysis, OS-HR data were analyzed using ImmunoCheckDB's default parameters, encompassing all treatment modalities and cancer types and employing a random-effects model. The resulting outcomes are visualized as network diagrams (B), rank-ordering bar charts (C), and forest plots (D). P values were calculated through significance tests.
