Green-emitting CdSe/ZnₓCd₁₋ₓS quantum rods with gradient shell, uniform shape, and shortened ligands enable high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and efficient charge injection. Combined with a double hole transport layer structure to suppress electron leakage and enhance hole injection, the resulting QRLEDs achieve 24% EQE, >500,000 cd/m² brightness, and >22,000-hour T₅₀ lifetime, advancing high-performance display applications.
