Tomi Obe is an assistant professor of poultry science with the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station, the research arm of the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, and the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences. She is also a member of the food science department and the Arkansas Center for Food Safety.
