This figure shows the relative changes of Pv11-00443-Or47a cell line fluorescence in response to the exposure to pentyl acetate. The black curve shows the dose-response to pentyl acetate before dry storage, while the red curve shows the responses to the same concentrations recorded 24 h after the rehydration of cell dry-stored at room temperature for 2 weeks. Plots represent the mean of 3-10 replicates with SEM.
