SELEX technology to generate NfL-specific DNA aptamers for easy Alzheimer's detection (IMAGE)
Caption
Researchers used a seven-round SELEX process to generate DNA aptamers that specifically recognize NfL, a key blood-based biomarker for Alzheimer's disease. Two lead aptamers, MN711 and MN734, emerged with binding affinity comparable to commercial anti-NfL antibodies.
