This bar chart presents the irAE incidence in the propensity score-matched (PSM) cohorts. After matching, the difference in skin toxicity (higher in GI tumors) and thyroid dysfunction (higher in lung cancer) remained statistically significant, confirming the tumor-specific irAE patterns in elderly immunotherapy recipients.
