Brian Wolpin, MD, MPH, Director of the Hale Family Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber will report at ASCO26 that daraxonrasib showed significant improvements in overall survival and progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy and was generally well tolerated with a manageable safety profile and no unexpected safety findings.
