Bei der Inpainting-Methode wird die künstliche Intelligenz darauf trainiert, eine bekannte Kristallstruktur (blaue, schwarze und rote Kugeln) beizubehalten und nur die fehlenden Wasserstoffatome (links verschwommen, rechts als weisse Kugeln) einzufügen.
