Recurrence of DME was observed in the OCTA en-face and B-scan images of three eyes from the “3 + PRN” group.

A1-3, B1-3, C1-3 illustrate the OCTA images in three DME patient treated with “3 + PRN” regimen and examined at baseline, week 13, and week 25. (A1, B1, C1) The baseline OCTA images exhibited evident presence of DME. (A2, B2, C2) Notably, significant improvement in DME was observed at week 13 compared to baseline based on the OCTA images. (A3, B3, C3) However, recurrence of DME was indicated by the OCTA images at week 25.
