snRNA-seq resolves cellular heterogeneity within the Arabidopsis thaliana infloresence meristem: Uniform manifold approximation (UMAP) and projection of cellular heterogeneity in the inflorescence meristem tissue (7,295 cell meristematic nuclei). This scatter plot uses nonlinear machine learning algorithm that compresses massive amounts of high-dimensional genomic data into a two-dimensional plot. It is used in plant biology to analyse cellular heterogeneity (the distinct genetic and functional variations between individual cells within plant tissues).
