Structural evolution of polymer precipitation with increasing slit width, as visualized from the observation cell. Without gaskets, a precipitated polymer layer with only CPs was observed. With increasing gasket thickness from 25 to 50 μm, macrovoid formation accompanied by CPs became more obvious.
