The regular HK (g10952) was distributed within the cytoplasm, while the other two mHKs (g2791 and g3066) were located at the cell membrane. The HKs of E. radiata fused with mBaojin GFP tag are shown in white, the cell membrane is labeled by mCherry RFP tag shown in red, and nuclei staining with DAPI are shown in blue.
