The graphical abstract illustrates the self-stratified structure of the stretchable passive cooling interface, its combined internal-dissipation and external-blocking thermal-management mechanism, and its application in outdoor photoplethysmography monitoring. The interface reduces solar heat gain, spreads Joule heat generated by the electronic circuit, and helps preserve the quality of physiological signals during outdoor operation.
