Peak energy maps at different applied potentials (0.500 V to 0.384 V vs. Ag/AgCl) reveal heterogeneous deposition behaviors across hundreds of individual nanoparticles. Au nanospheres (purple spots, ~2.1 eV) and Au nanorods (violet-red spots, ~1.8 eV) show distinct spectral evolution patterns, reflecting differences in deposition morphology.
