Misreporting rate (MRR) by country. Notes: The figure shows the Misreporting Rate (MRR) for 131 countries, ranked from highest (estimated deaths higher than reported) to lowest. Countries where the estimated MRR is insignificantly different from 0 (accurate reporting countries) are shown in the inset. The point estimates of the MRR in the accurate reporting countries ranges from 9% to 15% . Bhutan, Fiji and Vietnam do not have sufficient data to estimate a CI, and are excluded from this figure. Their MRRs are 3.2% , 9.7%  and 9.8% , respectively.
