The x-axis shows the log₂ fold change, and the y-axis shows −log₁₀ false discovery rate (FDR). Genes meeting the criteria of FDR < 0.05 and |log₂FC| ≥ 0.5 were considered to show significant changes in expression and are colored according to the group with higher expression.
