Rhizosphere microbial co-occurrence networks of Meconopsis baileyi at different elevations (IMAGE)
Caption
Family-level co-occurrence networks of rhizosphere soil microbial communities associated with Meconopsis baileyi on Sejila Mountain, Xizang, China. Panels A and B show bacterial networks at lower (3,400–3,600 m) and higher (3,900–4,100 m) elevations, respectively; panels C and D show fungal networks in the corresponding groups. Higher-elevation networks exhibit tighter associations and more prominent core taxa. Network links represent statistical associations and do not, by themselves, establish direct microbial interactions.
