Caption
This video shows a small subset of the thousands of images captured each year by collaborators of Snapshot Europe. Researchers and wildlife managers set camera traps following strict rules, which allow comparisons across locations. All the images and data collected are then shared publicly to help the ecological community understand how wild species are adapting to environmental and human-driven changes.
