This image shows monitoring of a bone lesion caused by prostate cancer metastases at 3, 6, and 9 days after treatment with xoledronic acid. Images were superimposed to generate a map of bone destruction (osteolysis) with each day represented by a color (red, blue or green). The left side of the lesion is stable, the right side shows bone destruction.
