Visible imagery from the GOES-13 satellite at 1131 UTC (7:31 a.m. EDT) on July 19 shows a compact Tropical Storm Bret spinning in the Atlantic Ocean, some 410 miles (660 km) south of Cape Hatteras, N.C.
