Rice Soil Chemistry (IMAGE)
Caption
The Seyfferth lab at UD explores the nano-to-microscale processes occuring in soil/sediment environments that allow contaminants such as arsenic (As) and cadmium (Cd) to be mobilized in the region of soil directly near plant roots and become available to plants, focusing on commonly consumed crops such as rice.
