TRMM Satellite Sees Rainfall in Typhoon Megi

This TRMM daylight pass on Oct. 18 at 2321 UTC shows that Megi's eye was clearer than just a few hours earlier and that moderate to heavy rain showers were again completely surrounding the eye. The yellow and green areas indicate moderate rainfall between .78 to 1.57 inches per hour.
