This material relates to a paper that appeared in the 30 March 2016, issue of <i>Science Translational Medicine</i>, published by AAAS. The paper, by P. Castel at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY, and colleagues was titled, "Somatic <i>PIK3CA</i> mutations as a driver of sporadic venous malformations."
