CIMMYT Scientist, Uttam Kumar, operates the phenocart at the Borlaug Institute for South Asia (BISA) in Laddowal, India. The phenocart is equipped with several sensors that measure basic plant characteristics. Kumar collects vegetation index, canopy temperature and images with geo-referenced measurements.
