ひずみレベルを計算するため、レーザー顕微鏡を使用してダイヤモンドウィンドウの表面全体の高さを特定。 このダイヤモンドウィンドウでは、ガラス面に貼られたナノ結晶ダイヤモンドフィルムがウインドウ部分で、ガラス基板表面の下向きに湾曲する。
