Missions CE-1 to CE-5 before 2020 aim at successfully implementing the CLEP early three-phase 'orbiting, landing, and sampling return' project. Follow-up missions CE-6 to CE-8 and possible further robotic and manned missions aim at 'surveying, constructing, and exploiting' the Moon from 2020 to 2030.
