FDG PET-CT scan shows pre and three months' post treatment with immunosuppressant therapy in a patient with GLILD. Pre-treatment image shows widespread abnormal uptake of the tracer in the lung parenchyma and lymph nodes both above and below the diaphragm. After treatment, this is no longer the case.
