Cherenkov Light Cone

Cherenkov light cone is created by particles moving through a metamaterial designed by Chalmers' researcher Philippe Tassin and colleagues. The material is constituted by silver cylinders, a few tens of nanometers thick, embedded in a nonconductive material.
