An analysis of more recent data suggests that Airbnb's new 'one home, one host' policy has reduced revenue for top earners in Manhattan. Researchers found that the top 35 percent of earners (who in the study rented their home for more than 90 day) made 69 percent of the revenue. The above distribution covers Dec. 2016 through Feb. 2017.
