Washington University researchers are reporting that education, access and cost seem to be keys to preventing unplanned pregnancies. They report that teen-aged women who received contraception at no cost and were educated about the most effective types of contraceptives, were far less likely to get pregnant, give birth or have an abortion, compared to sexually active teens in the United States. Jim Dryden reports.
