An animation showing a subset of the objects reconstructed at two different resolution scales of the same sample. The animation starts with a subset of the cells of a cortical mini-column reconstructed with the medium resolution data and ends with the reconstruction of all of the objects in cylinder 1 from the highest resolution dataset.
