Graphs showing the activity rhythms of mice during the day/night cycle and a table showing the number of days taken for mice to adjust to the new time. Mice are known to be nocturnal animals and are usually active (black bars show mice on running wheels) during the night (shown in gray). When the light/dark cycle was advanced 6 hours, mice fed DHEA-mixed food (middle) suffered less from jet lag than mice fed normal food (left).
