Effects of CRISPR-CjCas9 in the Retina of Mice (IMAGE)
Caption
(Top) CjCas9-based gene scissors were packaged in AAV and injected in the retina of mice, modelling adult ADM with laser-induced choroidal neovascularization. (Middle) Green-colored cells around the choroidal neovascularization area (red) are retinal pigment epithelial cells expressing CjCas9. (Bottom) The size of the choroidal neovascularization in the sample treated with CjCas9 is reduced compared to the sample without AAV treatment and the control group (Rosa26).
