Confocal imaging of Thy1-YFP-H mouse (P72-84) cerebral cortex using different optical clearing methods. Images were taken from the surface of a hemi-brain samples under the same imaging conditions using a 20× air objective lens. Grids in transmission images are 2.6 × 3.2 mm.
