Bleomycin-induce scleroderma were induce in mice with B cell-specific IL-6 deficiency or B cell-specific IL-10 deficiency and control groups. Skin samples were harvested on 4 wk after bleomycin treatment. Arrows indicate dermis. Scale bar, 100 μm.
