Data Sets Incorporated in 'TogoVar'

'3.5KJPN' is released by Tohoku University Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo) and 'HGVD ver.2.30' by Kyoto University. The sample sizes and the numbers of variant sites were counted by NBDC using publicly available frequency data sets downloaded from each website. JGA-NGS and JGA-SNP are calculated originally by NBDC using a part of the data deposited in the NBDC Human Database.
