In simulations conducted at the Ohio Supercomputer Center, Ohio State University engineering students compared the airflow under the Buckeye Bullet traveling at 300 mph without wind deflectors installed in front of the wheel wells (above) with the airflow under the vehicle with wind deflectors installed (below).
