Esomeprazole arrests cells in the G1/G0 phase of the cell cycle. HN30 cells were treated with vehicle (water) or esomeprazole for 24 hours. Cells were harvested and stained with propidium iodide (B695-A) and ran through a flow cytometer. Data was analyzed using FlowJo, and the averaged cell counts in each group are shown. *p < 0.05 compared to vehicle control.
