rt-circRNA rtcisE2F来源于相邻的两个基因CYP2C18和CYP2C19，能够和E2F6/E2F3 mRNA及m6A阅读器IGF2BP2相互作用，促进E2F6/E2F3 mRNA与IGF2BP2的结合并抑制其与YTHDF2的结合，最终促进E2F6/E2F3 mRNA的稳定性。E2F6和E2F3进一步驱动Wnt/β-catenin信号的激活和肝癌干细胞的自我更新。
